Return policy

We at LumaTech Lighting want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Hexlights product, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and manuals included. Any products that are damaged, missing parts or have been used, will not be eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please email us at admin@lumatechlights.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or exchange the product, whichever you prefer. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Please note that we do not refund shipping charges unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part. Also, any promotional items or gifts received with the purchase must be returned along with the product.

I have just started a small business in Wangara and was referred to Wayde at Lumatech.
